WHAT
WE DO

The intention of our foundation is to be a bridge connecting the relationship between nature itself and the community in the area, therefore, it has organized community forest planting activities in various areas with students, the youth, in the community and villagers along with network partners participating in training to educate about the specific area issues, like Biosphere Reserve, including more than 1,300 people. In addition, the villagers also jointly planted seedlings in their own area, together with jointly building 16 check dams (Fai Meo), as well as supporting the construction of a forest fire protection line in different areas.

 

Forest in Our Hearts Foundation has continued to operate according to the objectives of the foundation, such as reforestation in the community forest, support the construction of check dams to conserve water and forest moisture, encourage students to plant seedlings, training and raising awareness for community leaders and youth about biosphere reserves, as well as encouraging community forests to participate in the carbon credit system project for sustainability.
